Q. What is the ordering process?
Ordering is simple. Choose the package that best suits your needs and click Add to Cart. After you've made your payment via PayPal you will then be quickly contacted by us, and you'll be required to fillout a form regarding your design specifications. Once you've done that, we will be in contact with you ASAP to confirm your order and give you an estimated completion time.
Q. How long is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time varies according to our workload and the size of the package you order. A smaller package usually takes about 1-2 days to complete whilst our higher-end packages may take up to two weeks to have the finished product ready for you. If you're in a hurry for your graphics you can purchase a Rush Order Slot for an additional fee, this means that your project will become top priority after we've finished our current job. You have the option to purchase a Rush Order Slot before you checkout.
Q. What if I'm unhappy with my design?
In the rare case that you're unsatisfied with your design we will offer you a free revision. Additional revision fees will apply depending on the size and scale of the revision needed.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the amount of time and labor we put into your design we're unable to offer refunds.
Q. Do you offer the original .PSD/.AI source files?
We are unable to provide original PSD & AI files without a purchased Source File Release Package. If you are interested in all the source files, be sure to add the Source File Release Package to your cart when ordering.
